Introduction
At NanoPic, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI image transformation service. NanoPic is an independent service operated by an individual developer (a sole individual, not a company) based in Mainland China, who acts as the data controller responsible for your information under applicable law. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
- Payment Information: Payment metadata handled by our merchant of record, Creem (creem.io) — we never see or store your full card details
- Images: Photos you upload for AI transformation
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI image transformation service
- Process your images using AI technology
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Image Privacy & Storage
To generate your result, your uploaded photo is sent to the third-party AI provider that powers generation (Google's Gemini image model, accessed via the KIE.ai API). We do not sell your images or share them with other third parties for their own marketing. Your original upload is deleted within about 1 hour. Generated results are deleted automatically — after about 10 minutes on the Free plan and 6 days on Pro — unless you download them first. We do not use your images to train our own models.
AI Image Generation & Models
To create your collectibles, your uploaded photos and the generation prompt are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Image generation is powered by the "Nano Banana" image model (a Google Gemini-based image-generation model) via our generation provider kie.ai. Every generation prompt is screened through Creem's Moderation API before processing. Adult, nudity, NSFW, and face-swap/deepfake content is prohibited and may be blocked or lead to account suspension. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and authorized reseller; we do not store your full card details. We also use third-party services for analytics and AI image processing (KIE.ai / Google Gemini). These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
